The local Boys and Girls Club is expanding.
Manager at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Chippewa Valley announced a six-and-a-half million-dollar extension yesterday. The idea is to expand in both Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls, and add new sites in Altoona and Menomonie. Boys & Girls Club CEO Ann Kaiser says the expansion means they will be able to help about 250 more kids across the Chippewa Valley.
