If not broken, then certainly stretched beyond their limits.
Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Mike Gableman said over the weekend there’s evidence that election managers didn’t follow the state’s election laws last fall. Gableman is continuing his investigation into what happened on Election Day last year. He said in a new video that there’s evidence that ‘ambiguities’ in the law were ‘expansively interpreted’ so much that voters have lost trust in the election process. Gableman is focusing on the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life, and what its millions of dollars in grants did in Wisconsin’s five largest cities last year. Gabelman said that money may have shaped the vote toward a ‘preferred outcome at the expense of election integrity.’
