The sheriff in Taylor County is asking prosecutors to file charges against the parents of a toddler who wandered off and was hit by a train.
Sheriff Larry Woebbeking asked for neglect charges yesterday against Kyle and Natasha Bratland. Their two-year-old son wandered out of the house two weeks ago and walked into the path of a freight train. The sheriff says the little boy and his siblings were often spotted playing alone near the train tracks.
