Wisconsin’s Department of Natural Resources wants to know if you find any dead birds in your yard.
The state says it is monitoring a mystery illness that is killing or sickening birds from Indiana to Virginia. The DNR says anyone who sees sick or dead birds should alert their local conservation office. The symptoms of the mystery illness include crusty eyes and tremors. DNR says there have been a few reports of the illness in the state.
