Three Eau Claire police officers are being honored for rescuing a father and his eight-year-old son from falling into an icy river in December.
The Eau Claire Police Department says Officers Kaveney, Prock, and Stephens were recognized by the Wisconsin Professional Police Association this week for their quick, lifesaving actions.
