A virtual public meeting is being held tomorrow to discuss plans to rehabilitate a bridge that connects Minnesota and Wisconsin.
The Blatnik Bridge opened to traffic in 1961. The Minnesota Department of Transportation says it’s the longest bridge in the state and the third largest in Wisconsin. The department says they’re hopeful to define the framework for the project by the end of this year and construction is set to be completed by 2031. The public meeting is tomorrow night at 6 p.m.
