The latest election lawsuit in Wisconsin asks the Wisconsin Supreme Court to allow Wisconsin’s state legislature to decide who won the presidential race.
A group called the Wisconsin Voters Alliance yesterday asked the court to stop the Wisconsin Elections Commission from certifying the state’s vote in December, and instead allow the legislature to name Wisconsin’s electors. The lawsuit also asks the court to require Governor Evers to accept those electors and their decision.
