Kanye West’s presidential campaign says a minute makes all the difference. West campaign yesterday said because they delivered their campaign paperwork before 5:01 on Friday evening, they are not technically late.
Democrats in Wisconsin are challenging West’s paperwork for a number of reasons, including a late filing claim. West’s lawyer, Michael Curran, says the paperwork was received at 14 seconds past 5 p.m. He says the challenges to West’s campaign are part of a coordinated effort by Democrats to keep him off the ballot.
