The suspect in Eau Claire’s Memorial Day shooting is sitting in jail on 50 thousand-dollars bond.
Prosecutors yesterday filed formal charges against Kyle Baker. Police say he shot someone he knew during a fight on Memorial Day. Baker is facing weapons and reckless injury charges. He was supposed to be in jail in Rusk County, but was let out because of the coronavirus earlier this spring.
