A ruling ordering the purge of over 200-thousand voters from state rolls is overturned.
The Wisconsin Court of Appeals today overturned the decision of an Ozaukee County judge who had ruled in favor of a conservative law firm earlier this year. The firm argued that the state Elections Commission should have removed voters who didn’t respond to a mailing indicating they may have moved.
An order finding the Elections Commission in contempt was also vacated by today’s ruling.
