Wisconsin’s governor wants more farmers in the state to stop spreading manure.
Governor Evers is looking to order an expansion of the restrictions on manure spreading. The restrictions started in northeastern Wisconsin, the governor wants them take statewide. Farm groups worry the new restrictions could cost farmers five million-dollars a year in extra fertilizer costs.
