An Eau Claire man is facing charges of OWI in Barron County.
Seventy-one-year-old Bradley Armstrong was pulled over Sunday night with the officer later finding marijuana in the suspect’s vehicle and learning that the suspect’s driving privileges had been revoked. Armstrong reportedly failed field sobriety tests and was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence — the 16th time the suspect has faced such a charge.
