The Dolly Parton Imagination Library’s book gifting program will be launched in seven counties.
The Winding Rivers Library System announced it’ll be launched throughout Buffalo, Trempealeau, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, Vernon and Juneau on January 4th, 2027. The program will mail free age-appropriate books to registered children every month from birth to age five.
