A threat made against Governor Tony Evers resulted in charges against a Milwaukee man.
Police say 31-year-old David Walker Junior was identified through records tied to the email account and IP address used to send the message. Investigators say the message used another person’s name and email without permission. Walker was taken into custody last week, and a judge set his cash bond at 5-thousand dollars.
