There are charges for a man who Tomah Police say shot an elderly man in the head early yesterday morning.
Police arrested 46-year-old Ryan Goad a couple of hours after the shooting. Investigators say the victim was hit in the head and shoulder, and was last reported in critical condition at a hospital in La Crosse. No one is yet offering details about how Goad knew the 80-year-old victim, or what led up to the shooting., Prosecutors are moving ahead with attempted homicide charges in the case.
