A Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper responded to a driving complaint and subsequently stopped a  vehicle on I94 EB near mile marker 7 for numerous lane deviations. The driver was transported and turned over to staff at the St. Croix County Jail.  A responsible party was contacted to pick up the three minor children in the vehicle.  The driver was charged with OWI 2nd offense with minors in the vehicle and cited for unsafe lane  deviation.
