State investigators continue to say they don’t know who planted the marijuana found growing outside the Wisconsin Capitol.
Capitol Police found the pot growing in a tulip bed outside the statehouse last week. Investigators say it was clearly planted, because it was spaced-out and growing in intervals. No one knows just when the pot was planted, but it’s been taken out of the flower bed and taken into evidence.
