The boyfriend of Elijah Vue’s mother was in court yesterday to plead not guilty to neglect charges.

Jesse Vang didn’t say anything during his brief court appearance yesterday. He’s charged with neglect. He was the last person to see three-year-old Elijah Vue alive back in February. He told police that he took a nap, and woke-up and the boy was gone. Vue’s mother is also being held on neglect charges. Authorities in Manitowoc say they are continuing to search for Vue.
