On Monday, April 15, 2024, at around 6:45 PM. Eau Claire County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a residence on County Road N, in the township of Lincoln. The Communications Center received a report that a female had discharged a firearm at an individual known to her. The victim was able to leave the residence, uninjured.
Deputies responded to the residence and were able to safely contact the female suspect. The female was taken into custody without incident and identified as 41-year-old Lily Hawkinson. Charges have been referred to the Eau Claire County District Attorney’s Office for 1st degree reckless endangering of safety with the use of a dangerous weapon and domestic disorderly conduct.
The Eau Claire County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Augusta Police Department.
