A Cornell firefighter was taken to the hospital earlier this week after a grass fire turned into a house fire.
Paramedics say the unnamed firefighter had a medical emergency while fighting the fire Wednesday in Athur. Fire crews were originally called out for a grass fire, but it grew into a structure fire. There are no reports of anyone getting hurt because of the fire.
