Police in Glendale are thanking some local golfers for helping them capture a police chase suspect.
It happened Wednesday when an SUV allegedly stolen out of Minnesota crashed along the I-43 guardrail. Four people got out of the vehicle and two of them ran onto the nearby Lincoln Park Golf Course. One of the suspects tried to hide in a nearby port-a-potty on the course. That’s when two golfers took matters into their own hands and tipped the port-a-potty over, trapping the suspect until police arrived and arrested that person.
