Prosecutors in southwestern Wisconsin are pressing ahead with charges against a 19-year-old from Honduras who they say had sex with a 12-year-old girl.
Darlington Police arrested Jorge Lopez-Murillo on Tuesday. The DA in Lafayette County filed felony sexual assault charges in the case yesterday. The judge gave Lopez-Murillo a 10 thousand-dollar signature bond and he was released from jail. He’s due back in court in early December.
