Miss Wisconsin USA is the second runner-up in the Miss USA Pageant.
Alexis Loomans was honored last night at the pageant final in Reno, Nevada. The Waunakee native is set to graduate from UW-Madison with a degree in political science. Miss Utah won the Miss USA title and will compete in the Miss Universe Pageant.
