Vending machines with fentanyl test strips and Narcan are coming to Wisconsin.
The state health services department is giving out 15 grants to local governments to set up the vending machines. Narcan can reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. A report by Wisconsin-based Forward Analytics says fentanyl is the leading cause of death for 25- to 54-year-olds in the state.
