WI DNR Urges Sober Sledding

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources wants snowmobilers to drive sober as deadly snowmobile crashes mount in the state.

The DNR says there have been nine deadly snowmobile crashes this year.  Over the last five years, 68-percent of deadly crashes involved alcohol.  The DNR says it will have extra patrols out for Super Bowl weekend to make sure everyone’s sledding safe and sober.
