A Milwaukee gang member is heading to prison for two decades as part of a sex trafficking case.
A federal judge yesterday sentenced 31-year-old Jovante Champion to 20 years for a slew of charges, including trafficking a minor by force and taking a minor across state lines to have sex. Champion is a member of the ‘Everything Business’ gang, which prosecutors say is an off-shoot of the Black P. Stone Nation out of Chicago.
Investigators say Champion pimped two young women in Illinois, Tennessee, and Texas.
