Prosecution Could Rest in Waukesha Christmas Parade Trial

It could be the last day for the prosecution at the Waukesha Christmas Parade trial.

The D.A. could rest their case today.  It’s still not clear what kind of defense Darrell Brooks Jr. would then offer.  He is acting as his own lawyer, but has been erratic and sometimes explosive during the first half of the trial.  Brooks is facing life in prison.  Police say he killed six people and injured 60 others when he drove through the parade crowd last year.
