One person is safe after getting their car stuck on a levee in La Crosse.
First responders were called to Riverside Park shortly before 5:30 p.m. yesterday where they found a car stuck on the edge of the levee, with one person inside. Other than where the car crashed through barriers, there appears to be no other apparent damage.
