The Eau Claire City-County Health Department is asking for your help to find a kitten that bit a young man on Friday, August 5th, 2022, at around 12:00 p.m. The bite happened near McDonald’s located off Fairfax Street in Altoona, WI. The kitten was described to be black with white paws. The kitten was last seen in a parking lot across from the McDonald’s near Fairfax Street.
