Wisconsin Secretary of State Doug La Follette is being criticized for not sending constitutional convention documents to Congress and other states.
Republican Senator Kathleen Bernier sent a letter to the Democrat last month threatening legal action if he didn’t confirm the papers were mailed out. The legislature passed a resolution in late January saying more constitutional amendments are needed to be added to constrain the federal government.
