There’s a warning about a sex offender to be released in Eau Claire.
Police in the city say 58-year-old Mark Staffa is scheduled to be released from prison next Tuesday. He will be living at a home in the 100 block of Randall Street, and will be monitored. Staffa served time in prison for multiple counts of sexual assault. He will spend the rest of his life on the state’s sex offender registry.
