Teenagers Face Charges After AMBER Alert

Milwaukee Police say two teenaged girls are in custody and facing charges in the case of a three-month-old child who had been the subject of an AMBER Alert Wednesday.

The girls are aged 14 and 16.  The infant – Anthony Crudup Junior — was reported missing by his mother early Wednesday from a home near Sherman and Marion.  She said she had let several people spend the night at the home and when she awoke, they were gone along with her child.  The infant was found safe several blocks away the next day.  He was unharmed.  Three men — aged 19, 33 and 56 — have also been taken into custody on unrelated charges in the case.
