Dropping line could lead to time for a Osseo man.
The state’s Department of Natural Resources says 31-year-old Carson Taylor from Osseo didn’t have a valid fishing license when he caught a 26-inch walleye from the east side of Lake Eau Claire last month. The DNR had revoked Taylor’s fishing license. Because Taylor was out on bond in another case, and because that bond required him not to commit any new crimes, Taylor could now be looking at three years in prison.
