Authorities are searching for several vehicles whose drivers rode past a pedestrian from the Twin Cities who was struck and killed on a highway in Wisconsin.
The incident happened early Sunday morning on Highway 35 in Troy Township. The victim killed has been identified as Joshua Thesig of Ramsey. The Sheriff’s Office is expected to release more details soon.
