A wounded Milwaukee officer is on his way to the Super Bowl.
A Milwaukee radio group (WTMJ) yesterday surprised officer Herbert Davis with a trip to the Super Bowl in Los Angeles. Davis was shot in the line of duty last week, and left the hospital wearing his Bengals gear. Davis is a life-long Bengals fan. He got even more attention after his family released a video of him crying tears of joy after the Bengals punched their ticket to the Super Bowl on Sunday.
The Davis family is also raising money for the trip. Their GoFundMe has raised 13-thousand-dollars of their 25-thousand-dollar goal.
