There were a lot of people who saw Saturday’s deadly shooting outside of Beloit’s Memorial High School, now the city’s police chief wants them to come forward.
Chief Andre Sayles says about 30 people saw the shooting, but said yesterday that none of them are cooperating with police. Investigators say the 19-year-old victim was a former Memorial student. No one is saying why he was shot.
