The gun used by Kyle Rittenhouse is set to be destroyed.
A Wisconsin judge approved an agreement by lawyers to have the firearm Rittenhouse used in three shootings in August 2020 destroyed. Rittenhouse’s attorney filed a request for the AR-15 style rifle to be returned to Rittenhouse rather than Dominick Black, who is technically the owner of the gun, to prevent it from being sold by Black. A request for Rittenhouse’s clothes to be returned was filed for the same reason. Rittenhouse’s lawyer also filed a motion seeking the two-million-dollars raised by conservatives for Rittenhouse’s bail in hopes of dividing it between his firm and the #FightBackFoundation.
