It’s reckless homicide charges for the Milwaukee dad who police say accidentally shot and killed his eight-year-old daughter last weekend.
Prosecutors yesterday filed formal charges against 47-year-old Michael Huddleston for the death of eight-year-old Tiana Huddleston. Investigators say Huddleston told them he thought the safety was on when he grabbed his gun and pulled the trigger. The little girl was hit in the chest, she later died. Huddleston told police he was drinking tequila that day. He’s looking at 70-years in prison if convicted.
