Prosecutors in Kenosha are willing to walk away from all of the felony charges related to the Kyle Rittenhouse case.
The D.A. last week offered a plea deal to Dominick Black. He’s the one who bought Rittenhouse the rifle he used during Kenosha’s night of violence back in August of 2020. Black was facing felony charges for buying Rittenhouse the rifle, because Rittenhouse was too young to buy it on his own. The plea deal would drop Black’s felony charges, and instead allow him to plead no contest to contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
That charge is essentially a non-criminal ticket that comes with a two thousand-dollar fine.
