Prosecution Rests in Rittenhouse Trial

The prosecution in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial has rested its case after over five days of testimony.

The prosecution called 22 witnesses, some who seemed to boost the defense’s argument that Rittenhouse acted in self-defense when shooting three men at the Kenosha social justice protest in 2020.  Two of the men died from their wounds.  Rittenhouse who was 17 years old at the time of the shootings is expected to take the stand when the defense presents its case.
