DeForest police find the semi tractor-trailer involved in a hit-and-run and make an arrest.
Police today say a person came forward with information that allowed them to make an arrest in the hit-and-run on Monday that injured a pedestrian. Authorities have not identified the suspect except to say he is a 54-year-old man. The victim is reported in stable condition.
