Three journalists from Wisconsin could become witnesses in the trial of a state senator beaten last summer.
Democrat Tim Carpenter says he was attacked after taking cellphone video during a protest over police violence and racism. The video shows two women rushing toward him. They were arrested and charged. And now, a judge says three reporters who were there can provide perspective that no one else can. The trial begins next month.
