Wisconsin’s coronavirus count is as high as it was back in January.
The state’s Department of Health Services yesterday reported over one thousand new cases. That’s about where the state was at the beginning of the year. The delta variant is driving the uptick in new cases. Wisconsin’s coronavirus peak was last fall, when the state was seeing about eight thousand cases per-day.
