Time To Set a Bedtime

The start of school not only brings the end of summer, but the beginning of early bedtimes. 

Pediatricians say now’s the time to get kids on a good sleep schedule as a lack of shut-eye creates problems with concentration and behavior.  Doctors say young people need anywhere from eight to 13 hours of sleep.  That will give them a better attention span in the classroom and supports their overall physical health.
