Ken Vance Automotive and Chippewa Valley Mazda announced that they will join forces in a new dealer group partnership.
Through this merger both Chippewa Valley Mazda and Ken Vance Automotive will retain their names as well as their operating locations. Chris Vance plans to retire, and Jason Vance will pursue other ventures, but will maintain a public relations position with the merged brands. “We are proud of the connections we’ve made with the local community over the years at Chippewa Valley Mazda and are excited to expand our community connection through this new partnership with Ken Vance Automotive,” said Bill Bertrand, president at Chippewa Valley Automotive.
Both dealerships have been mainstays in the automotive industry and Chippewa Valley for decades. Ken Vance Automotive has been in the area since 1981 and Bertrand has run the Chippewa Valley Mazda store since 2003.
All 190 employees will be retained. “Bill and I have known each other for years and have always shared a mutual respect. Our philosophies match, as our number one priority is taking care of our employees and customers,” said Suzanne Vance Ashley, president at Ken Vance Automotive. “Could not be more excited for this endeavor. “To learn more about Chippewa Valley Mazda, visit chippewavalleymazda.com.
