Some speeders are going to get tickets from troopers they never even saw.
The Highway Patrol is going to be using its airplanes to clock speeders in four Wisconsin counties this week. Troopers will be monitoring Highway 35 in Pierce County and I-41/94 in Kenosha County today. They will then shift to I-39 in Portage County and I-39/90 in Dane County on Thursday.
