There’s some opposition to one of Wisconsin’s latest criminal justice reform plans.
Senator Jullian Bradley and Senator Andre Jacque yesterday voted against a plan that would allow some ex-cons to have their criminal records expunged. Bradley says with crime in Wisconsin spiking, he cannot support a plan to let former criminals ‘hide’ their criminal records. The proposal did get support from other Republicans though, and is now headed to the full Senate for a vote.
