Firefighters are blaming the dry conditions and warm temperatures for a weekend fire in Jackson County.
Crews from eight different departments responded to the fire in a farm field near Alma Center. Firefighters say about 100 hay bales burned, but they were able to save the cows and barn. The fire is one of over 150 wildfires across the state over the weekend.
