A brief police standoff on the Eau Claire’s south side ended with a man being taken to the hospital.
Eau Claire Police responded to a call for help at a home on Trimble Street yesterday. Once there, officers had to talk the man out of his home and into surrendering. Officers say the man was in danger, but they are not elaborating.
