The woman already in prison for stealing from a local animal shelter is looking at more time for stealing from the government.
Nicolle Wilson this week pleaded no contest to charges that she cashed-in on fake Paycheck Protection loans. Wilson is already serving five years for stealing 71-thousand dollars from the Eau Claire County Humane Association. No one is saying just how much she got in her PPP scam.
